|The Rotary Manure Spreader does a great job
with dry, partially composted alpaca beans and
bedding. Baseballs, bache balls or croquet
balls added to the drum will help break down
fresh manure from these animals.
THE REASON IT WORKS!! THE BASIC PREMISE OF THE ROTARY
SPREADER IS THAT THE ROTATING MOTION OF THE ENTIRE LOAD OF MANURE
CAUSES IT TO CONTINUALLY GRIND AGAINST ITSELF AND ANY SURFACE IT
TOUCHES, FROM THE CENTER OF THE DRUM OUT, BREAKING IT DOWN INTO
SMALL PIECES FOR SPREADING!
ANY NON-ROTATING BOX OR BIN TYPE UNIT WILL CONTINUALLY PACK & STICK
TO ANY SURFACE IT IS TOUCHING LEAVING CHUNKS AND CLUMPS TO BE
FLUNG BY DANGEROUSLY SPINNING BLADES!
**Q** Does the Rotary work for
Alpacas, goats and sheep?
**Q** Does manure have to be dry
for the Rotary to work?
We started out by cleaning up manure into a wheelbarrow and
dumping it in piles out back. But those piles get big pretty fast. Now,
we clean up directly into a Stablers' Rotary Smart Spreader pulled
behind the ATV, and then spread it onto sections of our yard where we
have no top soil over the glacial till. We hope to expand the size of our
grazing areas this way. We can also slowly get rid of those piles that
we built up by shoveling them into the spreader, and spreading that as
well. Some of it has been composted for two years and makes great

No, the rotary manure spreader works with
any texture poo! Fresh is best because it
breaks apart easier and faster. Just like
when you pick your stalls and shake your
fork too much ;-)
|The neighbors have never seen one
like this and all are impressed.
Because it is so different, it takes
some 'thinking adjustment'. My wife
who thought I was crazy at first,
now loves it. A great invention!

**Q** Whats your best
advice for towing speed?
Jim L. , Hawaii
Slower is better. This gives the
manure time to roll and fall,
breaking it up more quickly!
